Anya is a Michigan native and a proud graduate of Irene’s Myomassology Institute with a Master of Science in Exercise Physiology from Central Michigan University. Former Division I Track & Field and Cross Country athlete, she combines her knowledge of movement and recovery with a restorative approach. Skilled in deep tissue techniques and experienced in working with athletes, she takes pride in personalizing each session to meet her clients’ individual needs.
